  • hey what 3 cheeses do you people use when you make the pierogi filling???

  • farmers, American, and cream cheeses.

  • This video shows a number of mass production tricks which I really appreciated.

Where did you get the rotating octagonal cutter? Is it a Houpt cutter? I have not been able to find any octagonal cutters on the internet.

How do you prepare the frozen pierogis? Do you thaw them and then fry them or do you do something else to prepare them for consumption?

  • The cutter was purchased by members of our church on a trip to Pennsylvania. The frozen periogi need to be thawed out and then you can place it into a frying pan with butter and warm them. For mass qualities they are placed again in boiling water after they thaw and they are kept warm in pans with butter.
