Susan Sabin and Cindy Daugherty actively picketing Pulte Homes' subdivision "The Reserve" because of their defective houses, constructed by Pulte Homes. Pulte Homes forced the TV station to pull this clip from their web page. The reason was because the "tags" were switched. Mr. John Conley is the individual on the couch and is the Vice President of Finance of Pulte Homes. Mr. Dick Frohardt is the "Frustrated" homeowner interviewed outside (wearing a hat).

Pulte Homes are the best homes in America or they wouldn't be doing as good as they do. The only time I get to see my mom is on the weekends in the headquarters, because she is trying to make it better than what it already is. Those people are just idiots.

@avondalegirl1995 -- The county tax appraiser has valued both homes at $0! The lost values are attributed to poor construction and unstable soils destroying the foundation. As the floor joist and roof trusses crack, split, and pop from the heaving -- I will promise to think of Pulte Quality Built Homes.

I work in the KC building market. Pulte Homes were some of the worst constructed homes in KC. Period. Aside form the fact they built ugly ass boxes for homes. They would leave off anything they could to save a buck. I've been on the job sites, I've seen the work as the homes are built. No one in the building biz would buy a Pulte home because they are poorly built. It was always about QUANTITY, NOT QUALITY. You should educate yourself about building practices before making comments like this.

@avondalegirl1995 You're joking, right? I used to work for Pulte as a carpenter and drywall installer. Pulte cuts every imaginable corner, pays laborers as little as possible and forces everyone to work at twice their usual speed so that the jobs get done done done. They don't give a rat's a-- about making a quality house, they just want to turn a profit. Just because a company is bigger than the competition doesn't mean it offers quality product. If anything, its the opposite.
