@okarab We love Gordon Ramsey! It would be a hoot to have him come. One of the interesting aspects of being a train is that there is federal oversight for most of our processes -- especially food and food handling. Like most restaurants, we are reviewed by our county health department. But, we are also inspected by the FDA. Our record is amazing: eight years of straight 100% on the inspections. We couldn't do that if we were lax. Thank you for your comments. We hope to see you on the Train.

this guy is not very sanitary. he dug his hands into the salad after touching utensils, and the oven door handle, without washing his hands. gordon ramsey would throw him out of that moving train....lol.
