Kenmore Elite (German made) washer and Kenmore 80 Series Gas Dryer on Houston Craigslist

Offers have risen to $675 based on the (obvious) fact that the washer alone retails for $1200 and that the Outlet sells it for $800 alone as a repair unit. Get the washer for half price ($600) and get a GREAT $500 dryer thrown in for $75? Easily the best value on Craigslist until its gone. If I don't get cash today for it I'm relisting with better pics, description and video for $750 or more. Wife is furious I listed so low but I just want the cash so we can finish our landscaping and sell our house. Bought summer 2005, in excellent condition.

Please review Sears' current offering - the current version of the washer on sale is still $1,000+ with little change to the unit. The dryer on sale runs around $400. $1,400 worth of appliances in excellent condition for $675, less than 50% of retail.

@emailbryan I made a BIG mistake buying a top-line Maytag in 1994 for 800.00. It truly was junk. It couldn't agitate the laundry well, and wouldn't even pump the water up to the drainpipe! The factory wouldn't take it back. I sold it 4 months later for 225.00, and bought a Kenmore top-loader-THE BEST!!!  It's gone now, sadly and I recently bought a Samsung front-loader. BIG MISTAKE!!!
