this is Iona lusovandorf... she broke the record of 33 seconds by holding the marinelli bend for 50 seconds

Very good indeed. Normally the marinelli bend is only held for 15 to 20 seconds. However there is a video on youtube somewhere where a chinese girl is involved with a tree of contortionists, and she stays in the bend for about a minute and a half!

amazing concentration as one little screwup could mean that her Neck rolls and she's paralyzed for life... The fact that her arms are shaking means that she is focusing all her energy into holding the pose. Not an easy task!
