Fred Phelps is my hero! If it weren't for him, I'd still be a Christian!

I like how stoning people was in the bible, but christians say "We know now that's not ok."
How? I mean it's not in the bible, so how do we know that?
God christians are stupid.

I think that Hell Houses make for strong evidence against the validity of Christianity. Instead of scaring people to Jesus, it makes them think: "This is fucking insane!"

This clip is perhaps Dawkins lowest point in the program and why I have little faith in his objectivity. He takes an example from Judges (19-20) which, in context, is an example of how corrupt the society had become after generations of doing "what was right in their own eyes" and presents the event as if it has been written as an outline on how to treat women.

@luciensaxton It is sad that many who fly the Athiest flag tend to lose objectivity in the greater discussion on complex matters.

Seeking the truth uncompromisingly is the keystone of good science. Scepticism is essential for cutting through human mistakes and vested interests. When people ridicule or discourage scepticism they are not being good scientists. When they hide or distort some of the truth they have abandoned science. When they do both they have formed a religion

... too bad muslims still obey the laws from the desert.

@pigment777 Well there are many who still live in deserts, it is far worse the fundemental mind which lives in a city in the west and wish to push all of humanity back into the desert.
