  • If you think about the story of Atlantis logicly and look at the maps as well the scaring of the sea floor caused by contiential drift the obvious becomes fact. The land that Plato described nearly 10 millium after its so called destruction is the Americas more specificly South America

  • Look at my theory/explanation: bvent.blogspot At that time, the earth was covered by thick canopy of cloud and the atlantic ocean is narrow. Atlantis covered this area up to the Bermuda Triangle

  • Earth Once Was Called Atlantis

  • @moomoo1337 theres actually a couple of ancient stories of it,but may confuse it with the great flood. ill do some research and get back to you with more solid facts, that i can prove to you.but notice the cave symbols ,and austraillia, south america, north america.also look at the dingo.distributed walong with ma 40000 years ago BOTH THE AUSTRIALIAN AD AMERICAN WHICH ARE VISIBLY AND GENTICLTY IDENTICAL!that proves the ancients were way better travelled and distributed than everyone thinks!

  • @irishbreakfast Why don't you read a translation of these, understand that Timaeus and Critias are the only places where Atlantis is mentioned, by Plato. No-one else wrote anything about Atlantis in Ancient writings, as it didn't happen in reality. Do you not think that someone else would have mentioned a great civilisation coming to grief, anyone at all in the 9600 years between it "happening" and Plato writing about it? Based on Santorini destruction and embellished to extremes.

  • @irishbreakfast How is it accurate? It was a story within the Timaeus."But afterwards there occurred violent earthquakes and floods; and in a single day and night of misfortune all your warlike men in a body sank into the earth, and the island of Atlantis in like manner disappeared in the depths of the sea. For which reason the sea in those parts is impassable and impenetrable, because there is a shoal of mud in the way; and this was caused by the subsidence of the island". Fictional tale

  • @moomoo1337 bust out a ruler and check out google maps.its a straight line from the strait of gibraltor to the golden coast of south america.his map was quite accurate, too, although upside down.hes just telling the story as it was told to him.and its quite accurate account of something major that affected the ancient world most likely 25-40,000years ago.itd be like new york getting erased by a tsunami.globally economic repercussions.

  • @irishbreakfast All "Facts" were written by a guy who lived hundreds if not thousands of years after it was supposed to have sunk beneath the waves. All evidence points to it being Santorini or near that, which was basically destroyed by a volcano around the time that Plato was around. Plato was a writer, he embellished he made it more interesting, that's what writers do.

  • @moomoo1337 WHICH ALL HAS A GREAT DEAL OF BASIS IN FACT.you just have to read between the lines, and remove the descriptive metaphores.
