Jack Cascio shows how important your core is with his new video series the immortal ab workout. This workout is geared to give you the explosive core that you need to be the most powerful and explosive athlete possible. There is a common misconception when it comes to core workouts because a lot of trainers/athletes will work out their core to get a 6 pack. This could not be further from what you actually need to be doing to become the best athlete possible.

  • I naturally have a lot of fast-twitch, my biggest weaknesses as a sprinter are stride length and speed endurance (end of the race)

  • my biggest weakness is my hips... i dont know exactly what is wrong but the muscle around the socket fatigues quickly and seems to impair movement
