  • @topstot Doug Graham in the "The 80/10/10 Diet" on page 56 writes that and I quote

"When an egg hits a frying pan an irreversible chemical change takes place" I quote again "the body recognizes clumps of partially broken down proteins, known as polypeptides, as foreign invaders to be attacked, contained, and eliminated through the kidneys" Leading to kidney stones and eventually kidney failure. Undigested proteins can also produce arthritis, leaky gut syndrome and auto immune.

"When an egg hits a frying pan an irreversible chemical change takes place" I quote again "the body recognizes clumps of partially broken down proteins, known as polypeptides, as foreign invaders to be attacked, contained, and eliminated through the kidneys" It stresses the kidneys leading to kidney stones and eventually kidney failure. Undigested proteins can also produce arthritis, leaky gut syndrome and auto immune.
