thanks everyone for all the views and comments and ratings.so far over 9000 views!remeber if you dont have the cheat device, ur game will freeze if you try to get in any rc vehicles.And u need the cheat device to fly the dodo!EVERYONE,LISTEN,U TAKE THE HELICOPTERS OUT OF THE GARAGE WITH A CAR.JUST GO BEHIND THE HELI AND PUSH IT WIT THE CAR.lol
Ive decided to make this all one file instead of 3 seperate files.

I`ve have saves for every single unobtainable vehicle in the game !
All the vehicles are bulletproof, fireproof and explosionproof !
As a little extra I`ve also included the Teargas Grenades with unlimited ammo in each savegame !

Hey Strapwood what codes did you use to put on the helicopters is there anyway you can me a copy of those codes for the armoring on the vehicles im running 6.60 ME-1.3 Custom Firmware.

@TheGlitcher123100 I didnt use any codes. These are game saves. You dont need a hacked psp to acquire these at all.
