This video is like a little lecture on anxiety disorder therapies and the underlying theory, by me who has first-hand experience with the topic.

The preceding video is more of a vlog, titled "Agoraphobia and Depression", and you may want to check this one out, too. Direct link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tGMZwex9myc

For more on hypnotherapy, you should read Milton H. Erickson.
For more on hypnosystemic therapy, you should read Gunther Schmidt.

  • Glad the self-prescribed interoceptive exposure (spinning) worked!

  • I find derealization to be my most frightening symptom.

  • Look into polyvagal theory for why talking to people can help regulate anxiety ;-)

I have agoraphobia too. It's truly a Kafkaesque labyrinth.
