This version inspired me to write a book call Stormy Weather. About a young girl in an orphanage that has special powers over the weather.

Jeff Lynne is totally under-rated, as was this overlooked but great album from the early 90's (I think). This simple take on a classic shows off what a great vocalist he is.

I so agree a lot is said about jeff as a writer and its sometimes forgotten he is a superb vocalist as well.
