  • Aging is horrible. I am not old 27 but I realize how it seems that nature is totally against us in almost every way. There is no word in our language to describe amounts of time so small that pass that are adding up to our eventuall end. The smallest we know commonly is seconds. The smallest passing moment is moving us to older and older age which is no fun to think of. I dread it!

  • Then again, the fear of aging is not superficial. It is not the self preservation of the physical body that people are so attached to. People are attached to their lives. Aging is becoming closer to death, death is notion we have trouble grasping. We fear the end of ourselves. So people get botox, just to not be confronted with the reality that they are getting closer to their end.
