Why must u bring color into the equation. The color of the skin doesn't saw if they can represent well. Her intentions were good but her delivery was not. Hay if she doesn't respect him with all the interruption while he is answering the question then he got the right to classify her to the same stand as his son. And dude common sense shows that if you plan an event you must be there to see hows it going. Girl did her Job and Gibbs supported the claim.
