I have a question about air pumps. You say 28 liters air per gallon water is optimal, but I'm a little confused...
Say I have a 950GPH air pump... that's roughly 251 liters per hour. So do I divide that 251 by 28 to see how many gallons it can support? I.E. ~9 gallons? Or am I doing it wrong?
I suppose I'm mostly confused because pumps are rated by the hour... and I don't know if I need 28 liters air per gallon every second, every minute, every hour, or... what? Thanks.

Also if I get a RO system does that mean I dont need to worry about the PH?

@twinturbo160 No you will still have to PH your solution, however starting with RO water will allow you to dose your nutrients right off of the back of the bottle with little to no issues with PPM's
