  • This could be $100 starcaster and it would sound the same because of that rotten distortion. You guys should give a clean demo.

  • @ Jazzyass1314 I love this guys sound. Who the hell are you, yngwie or Blackmore? Since you're not and probably cannot even afford this without your parents help bugger off!

  • fuck this dude is annoying, completely no tone, wtf with that line 6 pod distortion??? this is some of the worst blues i have ever heard, those boring pentatonic scale up and down. .......fuck no offense, go back playing metal if thats what you play, but don't blues on the strat...or at least learn to play blues, know the tone, the feel before attemtping. Your friend will did an excellence job on showcasing martin guitar, there's an example.

  • ive heard jimi mainly used 66-68 strats

  • I don't know why you play all of your guitar demos with gain. How can we hear what the pickups sound like? Bad move.

  • That's probably true in fact it looks like he played an early 60's black Strat w/ rosewood neck for the show and then hand painted a 'Fiesta Red' early 60's Strat for the Wild Thing sacrifice...

  • Yeah,funny thing is,in the early 60's he played a Jazzmaster,but I think his monterey pop strat(s) were early 60's.

  • Jimi used new guitars primarily - so whatever was available at the time of his fame is what he used - his heyday really consisted of him buying 67-70 big headstock 4 bolt neck Strats, early pics of him in London around late 66' show him playing what looks like a pre-cbs Sunburst or Olympic white with a rosewood board Strat small headstock

  • his was mainly 1967-1970,Ive heard of him using a few early 60's Strats though.

  • aint this what jimi hendrix used or was his older
