oh and also i've noticed that you're right foot should be pointing the opposite direction just before you throw it. maybe you arent turning you're back to the pin enough and thats why youre foot isnt all the way around. idk just a thought

you're form looks good man so i dont know why you cant be putting them out there at 400 plus. one thing i've noticed is that you're a little jerky. slow down, extend as much as possible in you're "back swing", and in one motion pull though and bring you're torso around. keep it up man.

You only throw 300' with that form?!? Looks like these are going further than that! Good balance and follow through. On just a couple throws you bend at the waste a bit.
