Tania is currently an energy analyst at the McKinstry company, where she manages a database of the energy used by school facilities and city buildings in Washington and other states. When this data is weather-normalized (by Tania) and combined with information from smart meters the Active Energy Management team analyzes the buildings' energy use and makes recommendations for conserving energy and avoiding costs.

As an early product of the ETSP program at Cascadia (first of the 2011 graduating students to start) I have managed to metamorphose
from contented optometrist in rural England (12 years)
through environmentally concerned soccer mom, girl scout leader, etc. in Kirkland (14 years)
to full time student at Cascadia Community College(2.5 years)
to very engaged energy industry professional in South Seattle (1 year)
The learning goes on.
