@TheK1N1 Again, I'm following what you are saying. I think what you're describing is the technique that Jesus used to challenge people who believed themselves to be pious, he would raise the bar of moral accountability. That's something I've recognized, and I think that I understand it.
I just want to add that I greatly appreciate how, imho, you're using a thoughtful approach to advance this discussion.

@TheK1N1 It's a complicated subject. I think I agree with you to some degree, but your point assumes that lust is happening. However, I'm still holding my separation between real world interaction and documentation of interaction.
To the lust issue, there are people that say that a physical medicine or psychology book contains pornography. It may or it may not. Generally, I'd tend to say that it isn't pornography...
Just not enough room here to cover some subjects.

@TheK1N1 I don't think the Mat 5:27 argument works, necessarily. You're making it say something it doesn't say, to make it mean something that it doesn't mean. If you read a news story about someone who has stolen something, does that make you a thief? No, of course it doesn't.
My current understanding is that you are taking something that is morally neutral and making it out to be morally wrong. It can be wrong, but it's not necessarily wrong.
I'd add Rom 2, and 1 Cor 10. into this discussion.

This is from the Holy Quran. It is pitiful that a person such as yourself would stoop down to this level. If you wish to have a sensible and gracious debate you are more than welcomed otherwise don't resort to such personal attacks. You act in a manner you think is defensive but really quite pathetic. It is a talent from the gutter. you are good at it and I am not going to engage in it. Don't bother replying

@zenowing I think you have to look at the spirit in which Jesus was speaking when He made this proclamation. He tells us that it's not just the act, but the intent of the heart. Be it a woman on a screen, or in a magazine, or real flesh and blood, the primary sin is not the action, but the intent of the heart. You just think about how porn can devastate the mind, and relationships, and how increasingly debauched the disposition gets, and you can understand the spirit inwhich Jesus was speaking.

@JXJ1326 Sometimes I hope the rapture is true. And if it isnt, we are in for a super bumpy illuminati ride.
I've stopped looking up porn. It is a disgusting habit and it never satisfies.

@bcn533 YouTube Ted Bundy's interview with James Dobson for some evidential proof as to why pornography is wrong. Existentially pornography leaves you dissatisfied and wanting more, and it warps the way that you view woman. You view them as objects instead of people (check the Ted Bundy interview). Meta-physically, sex is sacred. It's a sacred gift of God that should not be violated, which is exactly what you're doing when you watch it because you're watching it for the purpose of masturbation
