Help Me Please ! Resident Evil 5 intro Problem

my re 5 intro is like this how can i put it into full screen i am using the pc dx 9 ver pleas comment,respond and sub(completely optional) o and those who are wondering i am using the reloaded ver .the rest of the intro is still in my pc i go the file directly from my re 5 folder

i only got the problem when i used a fullly completed profile to have all weapons unlimited.then this problem occured, and passed on my own profile too!i just deleted both profiles with the settings too and begin a new game and problem solved.just delete the entire capcom resident evil 5 folder in your documents and it wil be normal again.

I've the same problem, this happened to me 2 times! First i reinstalled it, and then it watched normal, i just ended the game in veteran and it looks double again, :S maybe, if we download the video and reinplace it it can works, is just a posible fix...

@davidefurigay i think its the video bug if you go to your install folder Resident Evil 5 /nativePC/movie try run video with any video player and problem still exist
