Sorry to say that the music today is a disgrace to the beautiful voices we had . What really hurts is that among these (rap scrap groups) there are without a doubt some excelent voices, that we will never really hear. My suggestion to them and for them, is to remake some of these songs , show the people today that you do have a beautiful voice and you will earn the respect you seek, and trust me, many older folks would come to hear these old treasures.

Saw and met you Willie and the group at the White Plains School oldies show.... What a thrill to meet one of the best groups ever....I will treasure the moment. Nothing like the oldies.... My husband (bobby James singing DJ)and I sing your songs always as I told you.

The toughter the song to sing the better a great singer like Willie Winfield makes it sound. Those of us who've been there from the beginning know that Doo-Wop, is the greatest sounding muasic to one's ear.
