also to many special energies your allowed four in tournaments so yeah that deck is unplayable until you update

pretty good deck but it be smarter with some garchomp c's and level X and warp points are illegal these day at least the out dated one like those

@Inficario he cant even play with that pokemon deck he only had 15 pokemon and you need 7 to put it on the bench in the begining and you have to put 6 prize cards which 2 pokemon mite go there so he has 5 pokemon cards now he has like 30 trainer cards and supporter cards so yeah decrease thaT AMOUNT

some of your cards are illegal to use like warp point I would only have 2 stadiums in case someone try's to use another stadium. I like your idea with the rainbow and multienergy's but the problem with rainbow energy's you take 10 damage every time you put one on so I would be careful for that. your Pokemon are good you just need new warp points or something new like warp point and add more metal and psychic energy's so you don't run out then your deck would work well together.
