I realy liked her statement about the difference between modesty and humility. And I do think Michael demonstrated a natural humility & that is what endeared him to so many hearts. These two renowned individuals have an enormous gift of poetic waves of beautiful and spriitual knowledge in their lovely and humble souls. Dr. Maya Angelou has always been a favorite poet of mine. She paints pictures with words and conveys strong emmotions with her cadence. Thank you Dr. Mayo Angelou for such beautiful words for a beautiful man that gave his all to his craft and to his fans.

I LOVE Dr. Maya Angelou and have named my daughter in her honor. This world is so much more beautiful because of her amazing soul. I will need many lifetimes in order to be able to thank God for the gift of her!!!!!!!!! I never loved poetry until the first time I heard her voice at Clinton's first inaugural. I have been listening to her since then and will never stop.

My favorite poet, speaking on my favorite artist/singer/entertainer. I couldn't have asked for much more than this. The poem was beautiful & touching. Brought tears to my eyes to hear it, brought tears to my eyes to watch the video. Most of the world had not realized what we had in MJ until it was too late- such a shame that he will never get to know. Much love, respect & admiration to both Maya & Michael- MJ shall forever live on in our hearts & through his works. Thank the Lord for them both.
