Bus Scenario Role Play

Every day, public transportation bus drivers have to deal with ALL KINDS of people and situations. I am one of those bus drivers. At one of our mandatory drivers meetings, the training department put on a short skit to demonstrate how to handle certain situations. They first demonstrated the "wrong way" to handle it, then the correct way. I took video from my cell phone of the "wrong way."
