GUYS I am sorry but his is just an optical effect caused by the lense in zoom and out of focus. You can experience this effect any nigh with a video camera. just zoom quicky in on a light source.

Dear Friend. This is X -death star. I hope it will not crash on the earth and make horrible disaster. There is a sign on the star- a mans face seen and also a man and woman embracing each other. It is a warning of Gods condermnation over sinful mankind, that is why the colors look so poisonly green, doomsblue and grey. Still a wonderful and good footage! I hopw the other UFOs or Angels will toss this thing out in the space far away from us...
