@TheUlitimateluigi45 i didn't make this one , it was made by a friend of mine , just search this (Rockman Zero 3 Hacking Tutorial (By MegaManGamer123) , in youtube and watch the video i made a tutorial on how to do this , just watch the video carefully , and read some of the videos comments i told people on how to do some stuff , my tutorial video is made so people who want to learn can and want to make them on their own can.
