@DaCatOnTop Bloomberg has a lot of tricks last election cycle thier were a couple of stories that caught my eye he would donate his own personal money which i am 100% in favor of Charity is one thing that makes America great, But the charities were Cut by his budget. I believe it was a shelter or something that he cut all city funding 2 years before then "saved" it so they wouldnt endorse thomson like 3 months before election the guys spent 200+ million to be our mayor ppl should remember that

3/4 of Rikers latinos go back because almost 4/4 of them are in gangs in prison to protect them. It's not that they need rehabilitation, they're blood in, blood out gangsters, maybe as a last resort, but either way, gangsters. Their gangs wont just let them smell like daisies when they get out of prison. It's back to the streets, soldier. The system is a machine that creates monsters and gives other monsters steroids. That is all.
