@SlowLXNotch You are correct. All the cars I have driven have that mode. 94 Cutlass.. '11 Forester, '09 Charger. This is alot easier than what was shown here.

why not just unplug the ignition module or coil wire instead of going through the trouble of finding a fuse and taking the cover off the fuse box and trying to find that dam car manual that most of us lost a long time ago.

this reminds me of a time when this girl called me to make her car start. Her dad went on vacation and was worried she'd take the car so he unplugged the battery cable. Being a mechanic, that was the first thing i checked :D and i got lucky after.

Just floor the accelerator pedal. It's called clear flood mode. It's disables the injectors and won't let the vehicle start. On fords at least.
