Each time the TIP JAR hits $100, I find a person in need and offer $100 for 15 minutes. If agreed to, I shoot a 15-minute video of them - they are free to say (or not say) whatever they choose. Then I post the video, unedited (except for simple titles), on the internet as a meaningful mark. I request (but do not require) that, when they no longer believe they are in need, they send a donation to the TIP JAR to help others in need.
