I have all the LA Color Jumbo Eye Pencils, and I have to say they work amazingly well for me. No color fading and no creasing. I think perhaps the reason yours creased in because you may have applied too much of the product. As it is a creamy pencil, a little goes on a long way, so if you pack it on it's going to crease. I think you should give the pencils another chance.
