In this drill, you will learn to create a safe and controlled environment in which to practice underbars of all types and sizes. By using duct tape and playground bars, you can easily create an artificial and adjustable obstacle to learn and refine underbar technique.

  • lol I was practicing under bars like that about a week ago, mine still need ALOT of work but its cool to see someone else practicing that way too!!

  • I would do these If I had the god damn time.

  • Nice drill. Thanks for putting this up. I'm turning 40 next year, martial artist, but think Parkour is the most neglected, even essential, self defense art. Will be trying these drills (somewhere where I won't be seen :-)) lol.

  • Perfect! Thanks!

  • isn't this wear they filmed napoleon dynamite

  • very but very nice <3

  • What a great idea!

  • shame my town doesn't have any bars like these....it does have a gay bar apparently.

  • Wish i did this when I was training those last summer, I wouldn't have ended up with a broken tailbone from smashing into the lower bar... Yep, rest of the summer down the drain. So although I never did this version, I definitely recommend it :P

  • Absolutely genius. Gives us something to jump through without getting hurt. Why didn't I think of that...?
