This drill uses the TRX suspension trainer to help you pop to your feet quicker. By strengthening the core muscles specifically used in popping to your feet, this exercise has direct carry over to your surfing performance. Coach Scott Adams, CSCS, CES, trains pro surfer Holly Beck in this exercise.
