Great neighborhood. As a graduate student in Chicago who grew up across the river, I would absolutely live in Cinci.
Consider, Winston Churchill visited Cincinnati 'round the turn of the 19th century, he commented how it was "America's prettiest inland city".
There is no greater collection of Italianate commercial structures in the US.

OTR is the neighborhood thats the most important to cincinnati's future. its a great thing to see it comming along so quickly!
