with Taijiquan teacher Pansy Hsu of Hawaii. Pansy has introduced me to the treasure of the Mantis style of Tai Chi ("Tang Lang"), brought to the island by the late master David Cheng, a disciple of the legendary Chiu Chuk Kai. This very simple form, called Ba Da Ma Bu, showcases the eight basic "horse riding" stances of the style. The clip includes a brief history of the style and concludes with an inspirational message from Pansy to you.
