how hard do you think it is to make it to state fair in your first year in KC?

well you can if you show in your regular age group, but you can't in novice....

well i didn't know much my first year, that was a few years ago lol

okay, i show qh. but not the circut. 4h, youth show, and local shows. i got 4th in showmanship at state. just a thought in showmanship, keep your left hand up. its kinda hanging and when you do your walk around my trainer tought me one two three together. if that helps. great job for your first year! i sure wasnt that good at first lol. comment back :)

Thanks lol This was last year (2006-2007) and I use a different horse now but we've actually gotten alot better. I look back at this video all the time and cringe at everything I did wrong... it kills me lol My first year was better than this year tho. With Cysco I got mostly firsts and seconds which was awesome but Im using Penny who's in green horse and she was way to... green haha She HATES showing with a passion so Im thinking about putting Penny in gaming and Cysco in western.

haha well you look like a good rider based on this video :) i'm showing in novice even though i've been riding for 6 years because my horse isn't ready to show at the canter, and i'm not super experienced with shows ;)

Actually we got that all taken care of =) I dont know how tho... lol One day she just... stopped bucking =) seriously lol

I was reading some of the earlier comments and you mentioned that she normally bucks when she lopes. Just a thought- i noticed your saddle looks like it kinda sits far back on her and it doesn't look like it fits her very well, so maybe she bucks because it hurts. But i could be wrong she may just be being naughty. Nice job though on your first year-even though it was last year:)
