Their musical influence and friendship since early high school probably wrote this song a lot more then any drug did.

I think this video/song is about Hillel with showing that the whale and dolphin things are Hillel and the some of the lyrics say about how to whales give like advice or something and then by the end the whales die like Hillel, or the Red Hot Chili Peppers make some disturbing videos.

@clap904 The video was released in 1992 to coincide with the What Hits!? release. The band clips in this video were the same clips used in 1989's Higher Ground.
