Africa - Toto - performed by the MEI Screaming Eagles Marching Band

This is a video I recorded at a recording session for a band of high school students, grades 9-12. They are called the MEI Screaming Eagles Marching Band. Their director wrote this cool arrangement of Toto's song Africa.

The recordings were made to be part of a soon to be released CD of the Marching Bands best songs. This talented group of high school musicians was also featured in the 2010 paralympic games opening cerermonies

Our high school's marching band performed this (back in 1983, when this song was at the top of the pop charts)…..I could only wish that our band sounded half (or even a quarter) as good as this group does (the memories of it still give me nightmares from time to time :P ).
