quite frankly, i think there isn't a single track on bang that someone can turn around & say they don't like. it's possibly the greatest album from anywhere in europe from the '90s 7 probably the most underrated album of it's generation. p.s i'm 14 & no one at my school even knows these guys.

I was in Japan in '93 for a couple months. Didn't understand anything on TV, so just kept the station tuned to Japanese MTV. Amidst all the bubble rock and pop rock, this was one of the few videos in English that would regularly play. That is how I discovered and fell in love with World Party.

I saw World Party live several times. They were amazing and I still remember the shows vividly. Sent chills up my spine, and Wallinger has a great presence.

Been so long since I heard this, I immediately played along on acoustic. Such a great Beatle vibe, he even has that Lennon sardonic thing going on, the glasses add to it too. And the bass player stole Paul's guitar.
Looked for the tab for this and all the chords were wrong. Chorus is x07500 - 022033 - x00232 and repeat
Sounds great even solo. What a song, the message is even more visceral today.
