JesusChrist, somebody put this guy out of his misery.

He's singing in the wrong key. If he sings in the right key, he goes all rraasssspyyyy. :/ Still, one of the best voices . . . but all the yelling and screaming and aging gets to you

Its not age-it's commitment. Grown men's voices do not begin to deteriorate until the age of 55, and in some cases 60. Now that is If you are not training your voice every day, which, after the success these guys have had they all end up going for the wine and the cheese and tend to ignore the instrument a bit because they know that with a few key exercises it'll rev up, but each time they stop they have to restart the engine and it diminishes. You must sing everyday-it's about control.

And did Glasgow make some noise? Was at this tour and the Snakes Ruled Supreme!! DL You must learn from this experience! Mr DC rules xxx

We all have our opinions...if Whitesnake would of been the headline act, I would be pissed. Def Leppard are just the better band in my opinion. Whitesnake should go back to the bluesy Saints and Sinners Whitesnake...that's when DC and the gang were at their best. But I also wish Def Leppard were the same Def Leppard they were during High and Dry. But I think Elliott has the better voice now. He can at least screech still. Coverdale sounds like he is gonna croak when he screeches now.

I was at this gig in London and DC sounded as fresh as a daisy compared to Elliot and DC's got more airmiles. Couldn't believe Snakes were not the headline act. Left after 2nd DL song. This vid doen't do Snakes justice. Dodgy recording!!

I'm not trying to put Coverdale down. He is was one the best ever and one of my personal favorites. And yes, his voice is still good but the screams and stuff just don't sound that great anymore. But I understand the age. It's expected.

i disagree. Coverdale is still able to hit all those high notes, whereas most singers ten years younger than him can't (bon jovi)
