i have tried it you start with cotton bud then pencil make sure it is a closed end pencil so you don't get wood up your nose! and at first push it in with your fingers taking care to aim under the little flap of skin in your nose aiming forward and dont! push it up into your nose .... but be warned it takes practise,can hurt,first few times eyes and nose warter ... but hey be brave and make sure the nail is clean no longer then 4 or 5

@zab666 Did you teach yourself how to do it or did someone else teach you cos' I really want to learn how to do it but when I've looked it up most people say to not do it on your own.
