He's My Rockstar Episode Sixteen

Demi's POV

"I can't go back to class Joe," I said looking up at him with tears on my eyes. He hugged me tighter and rested his forehead on mine. "Demi, no matter what happens just know that I'll be here for you," he said and kissed me softly.

I nodded, "Thank you Joe, I'm sorry I have to do this again, but nothing can happen between us until I sort things out with Justin." He smiled and said, "Just promise you're not going to be his grlfriend still?" he pouted.

I giggled and said, "I promise. Plus, after that picture..I doubt he'll want to be with me still." We got up and walked back inside, waiting there was Selena.

"How could you Selena?" I shook my head, "We were best friends. How could you do this to me?" Her smirk faltered a bit but she quickly put her poker face back on, "You deserve it Demi. You play with every single guy at this school and it's time you learn your lesson."

Joe placed a hand on my back as he saw me getting angrier. "I never once played with a guy! I only went out with a guy if I really liked him! They would dump me after they got what they wanted! I never had sex with any of them though, they just told everyone that!" I yelled.

I felt Joe stiffen beside me.

Selena scoffed and waved it off. "Except," she smirked again, "you're playing with Justin. Did you like that picture I sent to everyone? I'm sure Justin's heart is crushed," she said with a fake pout.

"HOW DID YOU GET THAT VIDEO AND THE PICTURE?!" I yelled. "I have little spies running around everywhere Demi," Selena smirked again, "Theres no hiding from me."

She walked away and I groaned. Joe wrapped his arms around and me and rubbed my back soothingly, "Everything will be okay." I looked up at him and smiled, "Promise?" He held out his pinky and said, "Pinky promise." We grinned at each other as the lunch bell went off.

Holy how long was I crying for?! Now it's time to deal with Justin..oh God.

Joe and I walked into the cafeteria, I made sure to put some space between us. The whole cafeteria went quiet until a few guys wolf howled and said "GOOD JOB JONAS! YEEE YOU GOT LOVATO!" Then everyone wandered of into their own conversations. I could hear a few girls whispering and calling me a slut.

When we reached the table, Miley, Nick and Kevin had sly smiled on the face, Justin looked hurt and Logan and David looked uncomfortable. Joe sat down and Justin got up and took my hand dragging me out in the hall.

I leaned against the wall and Justin looked at me with pure anger and hatred. "Demi! How could you play with me like that?! I fucking love you and that's how you treat me?! I knew you liked Joe but you couldve just told me and saved the trouble!" Justin screamed.

I walked up to him and grabbed his hands, "Justin, I'm so sorry. I know..I feel horrible. I never meant for it to happen like this! But you put me in a hard situation..you told me you loved me so..well I didn't expect it! I didn't know what to say! I didn't want to lose you!"

"Yeah well you just did," Justin said harshly. Tears started to fall and his expression softened, "Go be with Joe, Demi. You love him. I can see it in your eyes." I looked up at him with shocked eyes. He started again, "I will always love you, never forget that okay? I know you, you're gonna worry about me. But don't. I will move on, maybe not soon, but I will. And we're still best friends okay?" he smiled.

I grinned and hugged him tightly. I said, "You know..Taylor Swift.." he chuckled and I felt his chest vibrate on my cheek. "Maybe I'll give her a call," I nodded happily and smiled.

"I'll text you her number," I winked at him.

"Im gonna head back in, you coming?" I shook my head.

"Can you tell Joe to meet me at my locker, like right now?" I blushed. He smiled and nodded, "Oh and Demi, Selena is seriously getting an ass whooping."

I winked and said, "Kill her for me." He chuckled and walked away.

My chest felt 100 times lighter.
