im from Norway and i love brown cheese and eat it every day, it really completes a slice of bread with strong taste, unlike white cheese, which either tastes like nothing or is sour and bitter

Brown cheese is freaking delicious. I'm from the USA and I visited Norway a year or so ago. They thought I didn't like brown cheese, but they were wrong. I couldn't stop eating the brown cheese... I wish it was easy to find in America (in the south)

i was always served bread with butter and brown cheese of my grandma when she was babysitting me when i was young. I loved it. Best cheese ever! but dont put it on pizza !

Brown Cheese is something you need to get used to if you're not grown up with it. The taste is quite strong and might resemble some caramel'ish taste. I advice you to try it with rasberry jam on bread, it's delicious ;-)
