Thanks to all the soccer moms out there, probably the only way to get rid of these two bills is the same way the Hughes Amendment was originally passed. Wait till we have Republican control of the house, do a voice only vote on the amendment, and then strike the gavel and declare the amendment passed, even if it doesn't get enough votes. Charles Rangel did it.

Way to not answer the question John. Of course he doesn't support repealing that legislation(and of course he knows what it is.) John McCain voted to include high powered rifle ammunition with AP "cop killer" handgun ammo. John McCain voted to end private transfers and so on.

We already know this country is heading down hill.. as long as McCain doesn't take our guns away, then I don't care what he does in office.
