I'm trying to figure out what I should sing for my musical theater camp thing-y dude! Summer in Ohio? Something else from Last Five Years? So much great music out there! Here's a little snippet.

You get the picture.

Check out the channel. Peace!

  • i see sgt. pepper!

nice performance, btw. my friend wants to take this to competition, but i'm having trouble breaking it to her that she can't pull this off. she's a mezzo so it's not a range problem, her voice just sounds annoying. she also imitates sherie rene scott, and i'm so glad you don't do this. it's really good :)

  • Don't you just love that wall?

My family is all into music. What you see in this video (and maybe my Stormy Weather?) is only a small fraction of it. It goes on to include Stevie Wonder, Micheal Jackson, Jimi Hendrix, The Doors (<3), Billie Holiday, Pink Floyd, Dead or Alive.......

    Yeah, we're freaks.

  • Oh, also, thats a tough situation. ]

Maybe she could surprise you, I have tons of different voices! But if you really think that she can't do it, perhaps suggest a song that you know that she loves so that she can't resist doing that song instead!

  • Oh, also.

    Love your username.

And, I'm not a mezzo, I'm a soprano, and this range is fine for me. I have a little trouble when it belts up to a high E (!!!!), but I'm working on it!

  • wow amazingg girl ur amazinggg im favouriting thiss

  • where did you get the music without the vocals? ive been looking for forever!!!

  • where did you get the backtrack for this?

    Excellent job by the way.

  • Same for me! I have many "voices" but I'm a first soprano and can go all the way down to E below middle C, but my belt needs work. my comfort belt is a high C but I can do F above that if I really (really) warm up and try.

and problem solved: she's taking Still Hurting, which is much better for her voice ;) I still want her to come to lessons with me, though, because she really sings too much from her throat. oh and i forgot to mention before: your vibrato is really great in this!!

  • no problem hun :)
