Clyde Alden (Richard Jenkins) capo di Sukie (Michelle Pfeiffer) al locale giornale di Eastwick è sposato con la bachettona Felicia (Veronica Cartwright) che non ha mai visto di buon occhio Sukie e le sue amiche Alexandra (Cher) e Jane (Susan Sarandon). Quando le tre diventano le amanti del diavolo (Jack Nicholson) Felicia diventa sempre più strana e schizofrenica come se percepisse quello che sta accadendo fino a quando un giorno Clyde stanco dei suoi comportamenti folli fatti di bestemmie, vomiti e voci in stile esorcista non decide di ucciderla.
