i think it was like amixture of both. he was making it for cartoon network, but they thought it was too much like aqua teen hunger force so i think they just half animated it for presententaion.

Ok, I'm just gonna' be logical with this. This cartoon would DEFINITELY be on Cartoon Network if he had pitched it nowadays. I mean, it's SUPER funny, has f'd up characters (the fish and Crazy Boy [is that his name?] did it for me), f'd up VOICES for those characters, and a f'd up plot... I mean, most of today's new cartoons are just... out there, you know? And this falls into that category of awesomeness :D
