  • Stanley,

What you're saying is that not enough tickets are being handed out. pathetic. If someone has a disabled placard, there's nothing you can do about that.

  • So out of the entire piece, all you got out of it was I was saying they were not writing enough tickets pathetic!

  • Um... how about taking away the free parking for the hangtags? Since when does being disabled mean a free ride when it comes to parking? Make them pay too, and the abuse will disappear.

  • Tel Aviv a few years ago wrote evryone a ticket, then they had to show up in court, very few were legitimate!!

  • @hitssquad Thank you Hitssquad!

  • Also if some one is disable why are they driving a 2 door small sports car. I thnk they really have to crack down on this.

  • I have a disabled sister which requires a wheelchair. Its so hard to find parking when we go out beacuase it seems like everyone has a placard. Sad to say what people do to get free parking. I think it only hurts the people that really are diabled or hadicapped.

  • additional comment, if there are so many disabled persons. Why not just take the bus, easy no effort in finding a parking space, park, open your door, and walk. Just take the bus, pay, sit down get off walk. save a real taxpayer a parking space.

  • DISABLED! If you are disabled enough to use the placard, we should be having trouble walking, or even having trouble driving at all. Yeah I agree with dontwalkhand, why should disabled placard cars be FREE when our cities are in a tight budget. The placard should be limited to persons who are having trouble walking with a non disabled driver!

  • @bluemoonseller

    I agree.

And to cut off the detractors, I have crappy vision that legally puts me into the disabled category.

  • @Highwaycrazy It is well-known by all concerned authorities that disabled-placard fraud is high, especially in certain areas such as those pointed out in this very video where entire streets were absurdly lined with cars with disabled placards. What do think the odds are that those are legitimate placards or placard-uses?

Stanley has done many informative video-investigations on this subject. Please search his channel for "disabled", "handicap", "placard", or "fraud".

  • @hitssquad

Why do you automatically assume that any car you see with a placard is 'fraudulent'? Are you a fortune teller?

  • Don't put words in my mouth. Witch hunting a disabled driver is just plain stupid.
