Hello there mate, I've just spotted that u mad a few mistakes, first of all, why did u stack armor against galio, he deals magic damage, so u should have started with the boots + 3 pots, boots gives u mobility to dodge all galio's spells. Regarding the game play do not poke/harras galio, while he's got the shield on, it makes u waste the mana points, which are ryly important on Talon. Do not forget about the passive, and skills rotation = E than W, Q... Anyway try to play him as a mid laner.

And last item depends on opponent team, i they have terget you or if they have high damagers such as jax and tryndamere buy a warmogs armor, if not, buy phantom dancer

I feel frozen mallet late game doesn't suit Talon too well. Unless you are 1v1 dueling people at half health without your ult, the +700 is just about wasted. Sure the slow is sustained, but with rank 5 Q W and E you'll have SOME sort of debuff on them for your passive all the time.
