The fishing boat on the left side didn't follow the international rules for preventing collisions at sea. Many of these accidents happen because the fishing boats are mainly focused on catching fish. Numerous verdicts by national accident investigation boards show that to be the main reason for collisions between merchant ships and fishing boats. Which is being illustrated by this video. The fishing boat on the left side should have changed his course. He had enough time to do so. Nice Vid.
