Thanks for the advice! I didn't buy any "sippy" cups, just lots of water bottles so that I would always have something to take with me. :D

I found that since I am alone I only used the same plate at every meal. Also I only used the sippy cups for 1 week. I do use the personal blender every day. I use a dunkin donuts cup for my fluids i sip all day long.
